VISUAL EXAMPLE · ADAPTS TO YOUR BUSINESS

In plain words

A dashboard is your business's control panel: one screen where you see how much you sold, how many customers came in, which product is moving and which one is stalling. Instead of checking the bank on one side, the spreadsheet on another and WhatsApp on a third, everything lands in one organized place.

The difference from a regular report is that the dashboard is alive: the numbers update themselves, in real time. No need to ask anyone for the report or wait until month-end to know how things are going.

I build it around your business. It's not a generic template: first we define what decisions you need to make, and from there we decide what gets measured and what gets shown.

If you don't measure it, you're guessing it.

What it's good for

You decide with data, not gut feeling
You see which product actually makes money and which one just creates work.
You catch problems early
A drop in sales shows up the same day, not at month-end when it's already too late.
You save hours on reports
No more building the report by hand every week. The panel is already done.
Your team sees the same thing you do
One official number. No one argues with a different version of the spreadsheet.
Access it from your phone
The panel works the same on phone, tablet and computer.
It grows with you
New metrics get added as the business expands.

How we build it

Four steps. You approve each one before we move to the next.

1
We define what you need to see
We talk about your business and pull out 5 to 10 indicators that actually matter. No filling the screen with pretty charts nobody uses.
2
I connect your data sources
Sales, web forms, database, Stripe payments, spreadsheets, inventory. Whatever you already have gets connected.
3
I design the panel
Each indicator gets the right visualization: a big number for what's urgent, a line chart for trends, a table for detail.
4
I publish it and teach you to use it
It goes live with your username and password. I stick with you until you can run it on your own, without depending on me.

How it looks in your industry

Same concept, applied to different businesses.

Store or e-commerce
Daily sales, best-selling products, abandoned carts, average ticket.
Restaurant
Most-ordered dishes, peak hours, table turnover, margin per dish.
Professional services
Active clients, pending payments, billable hours, projects by stage.
Dealership or fleet
Available vehicles, average time in inventory, leads per salesperson.
Clinic or practice
Today's appointments, no-shows, most requested treatments, occupancy per specialist.
Agency or freelancer
Revenue per client, profitability per project, proposals sent vs closed.

What styles we can build

We pick the one that fits how you work.

01
Executive panel
Few numbers, very big. For the owner who wants to know how things are going in 5 seconds.
02
Operations panel
Tables and pending work lists. For the team that runs the day-to-day.
03
Sales panel
Funnel, targets and comparison against last month. For whoever sells.
04
Public panel
A clean version to show partners, investors or clients.

Common questions

Do I need my data organized already?
No. Part of the work is organizing it. If everything today lives in a messy spreadsheet or notebooks, we structure it together.
What if I already use a system?
Almost every modern system allows connecting. If yours allows it, it connects. If not, there are alternative ways to load the information.
How long does it take?
An essential panel takes 5 to 10 days. A complete one, 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many sources need connecting.
